How often are new shipments sent?

It depends on the product. You can decide this yourself by logging in to Minside or by contacting customer service.

I have ordered a special offer or a trial package. When will it arrive?

The trial packages are shipped continuously and you can expect delivery between 7-10 days after ordering.

Are there any commitments when I sign up?

We do not require a minimum subscription period or purchase amount, and of course, you have a right of full refund on the first package. Upon return, the customer pays for the return postage.

As stated on your invoice, the cancellation deadline is 2 weeks after the package is received. This is to ensure sufficient supply in our stock at all times.

What are your 180-day-Guarantee conditions?

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your progress after 6 months, you can return your containers to us and receive a full refund. You can find more here

What should I do if I want to cancel my subscription?

The easiest way to cancel your subscription is to use minside. You can also cancel by calling us at tel. 22 00 80 00 (Monday to Friday, 10:00-15:00).

How will you send the package?

We'll send the package by mail as a letter. That means it will be delivered directly to your mailbox.

How can I update my customer information?

You can do this by yourself on MySide and get a new password sent by email or phone (SMS). An other option is to fill out the contact form here, and we can do this for you.

I've changed my email address since last time, what do I do?

You can either call us or fill out the contact form, and we will update it for you.

What should I do if I have a complaint?

Any complaints must be sent in writing to Vitaliv, either by email, letter or the contact form.

Always remember to enclose invoice and customer number.

Is there a refund policy for the products?

You have 14 days right of full refund, but only on the trial package. There is no free return on subscribed items, in accordance with the Act relating to the duty of disclosure regarding and right to cancel distance contracts. If you wish to use the refund policy on the trial pack, the trial pack must be returned unused and in unopened original package. We will refund the money after we have inspected the returned item and it's confirmed to be in good condition.

Health foods and supplements are defined as food products, and due to quality assurance, returned items cannot simply be resold. Our costs for handling the return plus a potentially lost sale associated with an ordinary subscription will, therefore, be charged with a fee.

How can I pay?

Payment is done with an invoice with a due date of 14 days. There are no invoice fees. We will never charge a pre-payment.

How long is the shelf life of your products?

All our supplements have a shelf life of 2 years from production date. The shelf life can be found on the label.

Can I be absolutely sure that VitaLiv's products are of high quality?

We have a great focus on knowing where the ingredients in our products come from and will only use quality ingredients from reputable suppliers, which we know meet our strict quality requirements. We can, therefore, say with certainty that our quality requirements are a guarantee of your safety!

  • We assure that all products contain the right amount of nutrients. We are also analyzing product specimens until their expiry date.
  • We follow European regulations for health standards (EU regulation).
  • All our supplements are manufactured according to medicine production standards. (Good Manufacturing Practice).

I already eat a normal diet. Do I risk an overdose if I also take supplements?

The amount of active ingredients in our products is within the recommended maximum value and no more than you get in your diet. The answer to your question is therefore no.

Your products are naturally identical. What do you mean by that?

That's simple and straightforward… the ingredients in our products are also found in common healthy foods from nature, such as Omega-3. The body absorbs the ingredients in our products in the same way as it consumes similar ingredients from normal food.

What is meant by the term food equivalent?

This means that our supplements do not contain more vitamins, minerals or other active substances than what's found in normal foods. Therefore, you do not have to worry about overdose.

Can I combine supplements with medicines?

If you have no dietary restrictions and can tolerate normal food, you will also be able to withstand our supplements. When using a product that contains the herbs Bacopa, Ginseng, Roseroot, Pygeum africanum, and Boswellia serrata, it is recommended that you consult your doctor in advance. We strongly emphasize that all supplements are intended as a supplement to the diet, and not as a substitute for prescribed medicine.

I have allergies. Can I still use your product?

If you have a fish allergy: It's not known that fish gelatin can cause allergy, but consult your doctor for your safety. If you have shell /mollusks allergy: Calamarine oil is a pure oil and should not cause allergy. However, we recommend renunciation if you suffer from a strong shrimp or shell /mollusks allergy. The krill oil may contain allergens as it is unrefined. If you have gluten intolerance: None of the ingredients in our products contain gluten, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no traces of gluten.

When can I experience any kind of effect?

This is not a miracle cure. Some will notice effects quickly, while others may have to wait several months or weeks. Some of the most important effects, such as the preservation of the skeleton and a strengthened immune system, will not be visible. And remember: dietary supplements can never replace a healthy and active lifestyle, but it is a good supplement for those who do not eat as recommended.

Can I use your products while I'm pregnant?

Our products contain nothing but what you get from your normal food. If in doubt, consult your doctor.

Are there any side effects?

The ingredients in our products do not differ from those found in regular foods, so the chances of side effects are therefore minimal.
